Immerse yourself in nature with a wilderness getaway in one of the glamping yurts here at Cheekye Ranch. Tucked into the forest, our yurts, bordered by lush forest and beautifully landscaped gardens are situated just a stone’s throw away from the Cheakamus River. To enhance your nature getaway you can book a trail ride with our knowledgeable guides, schedule a tour of Second Chance Cheekye Ranch where you will meet the Rescue horses, donkeys and pigs that live here, or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the dyke and hunker down on the river with a good book. To crown your glamping experience, you will find designated fire pits on the riverbank and as dusk arrives on the ranch you can settle in beside a crackling fire to watch the sunset over the stunning mountains of the Tantalus range.

Scandinave Spa Whistler offers traditional Scandinavian baths in a peaceful and natural environment.

The spa’s rustic installations, dedicated to the practice of hydrotherapy, are nestled on the edge of the Lost Lake Park spruce and cedar forest. Feel both relaxed and invigorated while you escape from daily stress at our silent, technology-free spa.

Silence is essential to the enjoyment of our hydrotherapy experience. By embracing silence one finds inner stillness, leading to complete relaxation.

Brandywine Falls (the spectacular 70-metre waterfall) is best seen from the viewpoint which also presents some marvelous views of Daisy Lake and the surrounding mountains.

This park provides opportunities for hiking, picnicking, mountain biking and viewing of the waterfall. The park was tripled in size in 2010 to include unique habitat for red-legged frogs (a provincial “blue listed” species at risk). A number of existing recreation trails were included in the expanded park as well.

Enjoy some quiet down time on the ranch or take part in the trail rides offered at Cheekeye.
